Two properties that have become a hot commodity in the last few years are the Marriott Canyon and Quantum Lake hotels, both located in the city’s Quantum Lake area.
Both are being considered for expansion.

It was designed by architecture firm I-Lab and features a sleek modern design that was influenced by the likes of the Art Deco style.
The property, which will be the first of its kind in the county, features a rooftop pool and spa, a rooftop bar and a restaurant.
The hotel opened in June 2018 and the new owners are still in the planning phase, but it is likely to open by the end of the year, according to the hotel’s website.
It is currently on a short stay lease, but the property owner is seeking to expand the property.
The Quantum Lake hotel at Marriott Park, which has an 8,000-square-foot swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center and a two-story restaurant, opened its doors in December 2016.
The hotel, which was designed and designed by Mural Design Group, features open floor plans, a pool and fitness center, a fitness and wellness center, and an outdoor terrace.
The resort also offers a bar and spa.
The park, which opened in November 2017, is in a beautiful part of the San Gabriel Valley with a large outdoor plaza and an extensive network of trails.
It also offers swimming, tennis and basketball courts.

It has a pool, spa, restaurant and bar.
The San Gabriel Park is located just south of the Riverside County Fairgrounds, which sits on the same stretch of property as the Marriott hotel.
The two properties have both received significant investment from the property owners.
One of them, Quantum Lake Resort, has a $1.9 million investment from MGM Resorts International.
The other, Marriott Canyon Resort, is the largest property in the canyon, and has a purchase price of $3.8 million.
The San Diego County Fair will hold a ribbon-cutting for both properties on Monday, February 23.
