Callaway villa to get €500m of upgrades
Callaway Villas Resort, one of the world’s most expensive villas for sale, has been offered a €500 million upgrade to the main villa that houses the casino, and a $1.2 billion extension to the villa’s spa.
The Callaway Village Resort and Spa, which opened in May, will be built in two phases, with the resort to open in 2021.
The villa will be opened as part of the Grande Villa Resort, which is part of Callaway Group.
The Grande Villas Spa will open in 2018.
The villas will also be able to accommodate more than 1,000 guests, with a total capacity of about 2,000 people.
The company that owns the villas said it expects the upgrades to cost between €500 to €600 million.
It will be the first time that Callaway has been able to offer the villans’ main villas at this level of investment, the company said in a statement.
The resort will also include a villa for the club, as well as a swimming pool and a spa.
