There are no shortage of cheap Greek villas for sale, but there’s one that has been especially popular.
This one is called a “Greeceia” and is sold for as little as $1.50 per square feet.
It has been around since 2006 and is located in the village of Pappas.
Papps is in the heart of the southern province of Giannini, which is home to about 1.3 million people.
The villas are currently valued at $750,000 each, and are made up of six rooms and four bathrooms.
In addition to the spacious layout, the property is surrounded by a large pool and a garden.
It’s currently being used by the local municipality as a park and recreation facility.
The “Gorgia” is located next to a private farm, which offers a view of the nearby lake.
It can also be used as a recreational center, with a full-service spa, a playground, a fitness center and even a gym.
